Q: Is it free for trial product?

A: The trial products released on official website are totally free while some of the trial products cannot be updated.

Q: Do the trial products only contain partial content?

The trial products we released include all basic functions while excluding the updating content which should be paid for extra fee.

Q: Do I have to use the product only for myself?

A: No, anyone can use it.

Q: Can I use the trial edition to pass the test?

If there is no update for the subject, you can.

Q: How can I update my trial edition to formal edition?

A: You should pay for the updating. After you purchase the product on our website, you can download the software in user center. Then you install the software with provided indent number and serial number. After you get certified, you can click the Online Update button in menu and download the latest software during the period of validity.

A: Pready Key ponits be functioned by using Test Engine which is a application that should be downloaded and installed. It's a simulation for the virtual exam and it will record your study process and customize a study plan to the weak points of your study. You can freely choose the study measure, study process and quantity in Practical Exam. The study history records every status of your learning while Difficulty Level enables you to mark the difficulty level of each question. Online Update ensures you that you are using the latest product.

Q: Do all you Q&A products include analysis?

A: No, analyses are included only in part of the products and we are trying to cover all.

Q: How can I know whether analysis is included in a certain product or not?

A: Two measures can be taken: 1, the details of the product are given on the page; 2, you can use the trial edition to see whether there is analysis in the product.

Q: Can I pass the exam by using Pready products only?

A: Yes, you can. But it's recommended that you use some extra materials, such as Pready lab product, and object point. Or you can use some foundational theory materials to improve your theoretical knowledge.

Q: Does there any system requirement for using Pready product?

A: Windows operating system; profile installation license; connecting internet.

 

Update question:

Q: Is your update free?

A:If you are using trial version product, you are not allowed to update. And the formal edition product users can enjoy a 100 days free update while the exceed update should be charged for extra fee.

Q: The purchase day of my product exceeds 100 days. Can I update it free?

A: We provided extension service to overdue products. The extension validity is available for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. After you purchase the extension validity, you can keep on updating your product.

Q: Can I extend the validity of my overdue product?

A:We provide extension service to overdue product. You can extend the validity of you product in your user center and only 50% of the product price should be paid for the extension.

Q: How long will you update your product?

A:The update date is not fixed. As vendors may modify the technical topics of the exam, we will update the product once there is any modification by vendors.

Q: How could I know whether the product is updated or not?

A:You can notice it by the following measures: visit the website and check the new update list; click Live Update button in your software; check the update situation in mini website; use Live Support or email to check whether there is update or not.

Q: How to update product?

A: If you are using test engine, you can simply click Live Update button and it will update automatically. If you are using PDF product, then you can find the product in your using center and download the latest profile.

Q: What should I do if I still get the old version after product update?

A: It may because of the cache memory of your computer. Try restarting your computer or deleting the cache memory by using the third party tool. Or you can delete the historical profile by using internet options in your browser. If the aforementioned methods are all proved in vain, please contact us to gain technical support. We need your indent number, subject code number, product version, and operation system version.

 

 

Purchase question:

Q: What should I do if my credit card is not accepted by the system?

A:Please be sure that the card information you provided is correct. If it still doesn't success, the reason may be: the purchase function of your credit card is being flagged as fraudulent or the credit card company doesn't allow you to do that. Please contact your credit card company. The payment may also fail because of inadequate funds. Please be sure that there is enough money for you to pay for the product.

You can try other credit cards or payments: money transfer and paypal.

Q: The payment successes and I receive a confirm mail for purchase. However, why can't I find my product in my user center?

A: We have to verify the order by manual control. Your product will be available in no more than 6 hours. If you still can't find it after waiting for 6 hours, please contact support@pready.com.

Q: It seemed that I have purchased the product, but why I didn't get any confirm mail?

A:Please contact the Live Support or mail to support@pready.com. We will check your purchase situation and your account.

A: Credit card online payment and paypal payment.

Q: How can you guarantee the safety of my credit card?

A:Please be assured that all the online payments are supported by the third party platform while Pready can't get any information of your credit card.

Q: Will you share your customer information to the third party?

We hate the boring emails and respect the privacy of our customers. We will never share any customer information with any third party. You only receive email from us and once you don't want it any more, please notice us and we will remove you from our email address list.
